Because of the nature of hair products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds. This ensures that every client receives hair that is 100% untouched, fresh, and ready to install.

That said, your satisfaction will always come first. If you ever experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days at support@hair2rare.com. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for:

  • A store credit toward a future purchase, or
  • A discount code for your next order.
